Use of the Site
The Site is provided to share information about Qampli LLC and our products. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Software License
Subject to these Terms, Qampli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use QampliLIST on Apple Mac computers that you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. QampliLIST may be distributed as a paid application, including through the Mac App Store; where applicable, purchases, payment, and refunds are handled by and subject to the terms of that platform (e.g., Apple's Mac App Store Terms and Conditions).
Ownership
QampliLIST and all related content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Qampli LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our software.
No Warranty
The Site and our software are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Qampli does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qampli LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our software.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
